A tightly held resource vehicle built to capitalize on the commodity cycle.

LFNT Resources Corp ("LFNT") was formed with the goal of driving shareholder value through domestic exploration and international M&A. By acquiring the Skyfire project in 2022, LFNT is positioned to capitalize on the heavily anticipated commodity and resource run in 2026 and beyond.

With the company now trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange with less than 24,000,000 shares outstanding, management believes it has built a strong foundation of committed shareholders to launch Canada's newest opportunity in resource exploration and development.
